Flexcellence allows you to construct fitness plans that meet your goals and preferences. We look at your prior workouts and any exercises you disliked and make informed decisions on which exercises to present in your next workout. We take into consideration your goals, injuries, equipment, fitness level, body type, and generate a workouts that consist of various exercises in real time. The more you use the application, the better we can tailor that next workout. The generation scheme is simple and allows you to customize, add, delete, or shuffle exercises with no additional thought. As you progress through your fitness journey, you can like and dislike exercises and revisit the ones you liked while avoiding the ones you dislike.
A secondary feature of the platform is the ability to track what we deem as 6 major "benchmark" exercises. Bench, Squat, Deadlift, Push ups, Pull ups, and shoulder-press. We have charts and tables to show your progress and trends over time. If you decide to input your weight or gender we also generate where you rank amongst the workout community in terms of an overall standard and a percentage of bodyweight standard.
